Delivery area

We currently deliver within Hong Kong only.

Shipping charges

Orders over HK$500 receive free shipping. Orders of HK$500 or less are charged HK$30. The shipping charge and order total shown at checkout are final.

Processing and delivery time

Orders are generally processed within 1–2 business days after payment confirmation. Estimated delivery time is 2–5 business days. Saturdays, Sundays and Hong Kong public holidays are excluded. These timeframes are estimates and are not guaranteed delivery dates.

Delivery arrangements

Orders are handled by our Hong Kong team, warehouse and logistics partners. Customers are responsible for checking the recipient name, telephone number and address before checkout. Re-delivery caused by incorrect details, unsuccessful receipt or other customer-related reasons may incur additional charges.

Delays

Severe weather, holidays, traffic, logistics operations or other circumstances outside our reasonable control may delay delivery. Where practicable, we will contact customers about a significant delay.

Inspection on delivery

Please inspect the parcel and products on receipt. If an item is damaged, missing or incorrect, contact us within 7 days of receipt and provide the order number and clear photographs.
