Refund policy

7-day return request

If a product meets the conditions below, you may request a return within 7 days of receipt. Do not send an item back before contacting us for instructions.

Basic return conditions

• The product is unused and unopened, with its original packaging, labels and accessories, and remains in resalable condition;
• A valid order record or proof of purchase is provided;
• For damaged, missing or incorrect items, clear photographs of the parcel, product and issue are provided.

Items generally not eligible for return

• Opened or used personal hygiene, medical, disinfection, food, nutritional supplement or intimate-use products;
• Products missing original packaging, labels or accessories, or affected by misuse, improper storage or accidental damage;
• Requests made after the deadline or without proof of purchase;
• Gift cards, customised items or products that cannot legally be returned.

A promotion or price reduction does not automatically remove return eligibility; the product must still meet the other conditions in this policy. This policy does not affect any rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Shipping costs and exchanges

If we supplied an incorrect item, omitted an item, or the product arrived damaged, we will arrange an appropriate replacement, exchange, return or refund after verification, and we will bear reasonable related shipping costs. For an accepted change-of-mind return or another reason not caused by us, the customer generally bears the related shipping costs.

Refunds

We will notify you of the result after receiving and inspecting the returned item. Approved refunds are generally processed to the original payment method within 10 business days. The time taken to appear in your account depends on the bank or payment provider.
